March 29, 2007

For a great book on healing the body with food as your remedy, go to www.originalfastfoods.com.   James and Colleen Simmons are the authors of this book.  They just spoke to the Rawluck Club.  I would love to have them come to our “Living Water, Living Music” Conference with Dr. Emoto!

The Law of Attraction and the Bible
by Michael James Fitzgerald

What’s being said about the book? This came from Dawn Norton, one of the reviewers: “The Law of Attraction, as taught in the wildly popular DVD and book The Secret , is all the rage now. When I first heard of the Law of Attraction and began reading about it two years ago, I thought, “That sounds like the Law of the Harvest. You reap what you sow.” After seeing the movie The Secret, I was more intrigued to see if I could find it’s principles in the pages of scripture. I found dozens of examples of the Law of Attraction. I continue to be fascinated as I read the Bible and find little gems that correspond to the movie The Secret, on an almost daily basis.

Then I read the book The Law of Attraction and the Bible by Michael Fitzgerald. His words confirmed and expanded what I have learned in my study of the Bible; that the Law of Attraction has spiritual roots in the Bible and that we can surely live its principles with the blessing of God. For those who found any discomfort or apprehension in hearing about the Law of Attraction for the first time, this book settles the question as to whether or not we can use the steps in The Secret with confidence as Christians. Michael not only explains the principles that can obviously be supported by scripture, he also offers great insights and makes wonderful connections that show his strength of discernment, sincerity, and originality of thought.

If you have ever asked questions like, “What is stopping me from being successful? Can I really achieve anything I want? Is it OK to be wealthy?” and many more, then you owe it to yourself to read The Law of Attraction and the Bible.”For now, the book is available at   http://bibleattraction.blogspot.com/   with purchase and download instructions. Inquiries can be sent to Bibleattraction@gmail.com Also, for those interested in hearing him discuss this subject, go to www.pdweek.com   and register for the call-in information (it’s all FREE). We will be presenting our teleclass on this subject on Monday evening at 9 p.m. MDT (that’s 8 for PDT, 11 for you Easterners). Unfortunately we will not be able to take questions afterall due to the thousands of people signed up. We were told that would create chaos so the moderators will ask the questions. Sorry, we were looking forward to hearing friendly voices on the line!

Make it a wonderful weekend!

The Healing Power of Sound

March 19, 2007

I’m coming tomorrow morning.  Can’t wait.  I’ve got three of Dr. Emoto’s books.  They are FABULOUS!  I have to be at the Family History Library by 12:00, by hopefully that is enough time.  If not, I can come again at night.

I was reading a book last night called “The Healing Power of Sound” by Mitchell Gaynor. I thought you would love the report of this research.  He talked about a man Fabien Maman, who teamed up with Helene Grimal at the French National Center for Scientific Research in Paris.  They wanted to know how deeply sound traveled in the body, and the effect of it on the nucleus and electromagnetic fields of human cells.

They “studied the inner structure of both healthy human cells and uterine cancer cells as they reacted to various acoustical instruments, e.g. gong, xylophone, acoustic guitar, and the unaccompanied human voice, for a duration of twenty-one minutes.  They found that the most visibly dramatic results occurred when they sang musical scales into the cells.  The structure disorganized extremely quickly.  The human voice carries something in its vibration that makes it more powerful than any musical instrument.  It appeared tht the cancer cells were not able to support a progressive accumulation of vibratory frequences.  The gong was the next most effective.  It caused the cells to disintegrate and ultimately explode.”  Wouldn’t it be great if soon “chemotherapy” would be merely singing?

Joy is Contagious!

March 15, 2007

I was at Border’s Bookstore the other day and found a new cd series by Byron Katie called, “A Thousand Names for Joy!”  If any of you are pursuing a LIFE DEGREE in JOY, you can check this cd series out!  It was only $39.00 for a set of four cd’s I believe!

Recently, my husband called me upstairs to see what he was watching on television.  There was a minister named, Ed Young, talking about how Paul (in Philipeans) wrote as a prisoner in bonds, but yet he still went on in his heart, rejoicing amidst adversity.  He was referring to his new book, “Outrageous, Contagious Joy!” and I found out that you can order this book online at the web site address listed below.

On March 30, 2007, a small group of women are gathering together for an eight week study of JOY.  Our JOY VIBRATIONS class may not offer any degrees of the world or any certificates to hang on our walls, but—we will all feel a change in our heart and a change in our focus!  The more I FOCUS ON JOY!, the happier I feel…

I am hosting a radio program, which will focus on Joy!  This program will be one hour long on Mondays and will air throughout the week at different times.  Thurl Bailey will be my co-host!!!!  Attract what you really want!

Raising Your Vibration to Joy!

March 14, 2007

Dear Cherishing Circle;I received this very wonderful email this morning…which truly raised my vibration to JOY!  What beauty  a word of encouragement or positive feedback can mean in someone’s life!  I felt it was a great plug, not only for the class that is beginning on  March 30, 2007…but it also let me know that the years of writing the “JOY VIBRATION” manual was worth every minute.  Not only has it brought joy to me to write this manual, but now, knowing that someone else is “receiving the gift” just exhilarates my soul!

I am so excited about the effect of  “Living Water; Living Music”.  I am doing a workshop with my sister, Kit Kartchner on Tuesday, March 20th.  This workshop will bring together the amazing scientific research about the healing effects that music has upon the water supplies in your own human instrument!!!  Come see Dr. Emoto’s book and hear how the “living music” I took to the prison on Sunday, to the men.  To read that experience go to www.lullabythefathers.wordpress.com and read yesterday’s post, “Who Will Lullaby The Prisoners”?

I will be showing pictures from Dr. Emoto’s book and sharing “Living Music” with you!  If you would like to recieve brochures about the upcoming JOY VIBRATION workshop and the LIVING WATER; LIVING MUSIC (Free) evening at Kit’s house, please email me: joycoaching@comcast.net to recieve this.  You can print these brochures off and give them to your family and friends.  We would love to fill the evening with as many eager friends as possible3!!!!

“Linda, Karyn, whoever reads this. THANK YOU!!!!! I am having this intense experience reading your manual. I feel like I know you so intimately all ready, and you don’t know me at all. (But I guess you will soon.) I read earlier this week about intoning the vowels. I lay in bed and played around with their resonance. I could feel the resonance in each different organ. It was very way cool. Interestingly, the ee vowel, (the eye, my HUGE weakness), is my very hardest vowel to sing. I’ve been singing it all week. It feels like acupuncture.

I asked the Lord why I didn’t meet you sooner, when I’ve been studying this stuff so intensely for the last few years. He said, “because you weren’t ready. You needed to hit the ground running when you met her.’”  Anyway, I’m counting the days again until class starts. XOXOXOXOXOXOXO

Thank you for all your love and positive feedback!

Take Time To Heal

Cherish The Solitude
Be Still and Know That I Am God

Father, I cant remember who, but someone once said, Everything heals with time.  Perhaps, what is needed, is just a little more healing space.  Healing Space is a pinpoint in eternity, in which you enter into a still point.  Be Still and know that I am God.  It is a space in which to quiet the mind and rest the heart.  It is a time to gather in new energy and regroup.  It is a sacred space where heart and mind may join together and view things from a different vantage point.    Letting go, if your heart and mind are open to it, can take but a moment.  But, first we must create some solitude.  Take time to quiet your soul.   Be still, my soul; the Lord is on thy side.

Kahil Gibran said, Let their be spaces in our togetherness.  Create a sacred space each day, and begin filling it with a quality healing activity.  This is the essence of creating more joy and harmony in your heart.  It is time to clear out the old and create a sacred space for the new.  It is time to Feng Shui your heart!  It is time to experience the seasons of the five elements; it is time to laugh, to weep, to moan, to sing, and to shout~with joy!  It is time to rejoice in your five God-given senses; tasting, breathing, seeing, touching, and truly listening to your own inner voice.

Perhaps, take a bath in rose petals.  Perhaps, walk by the river.  Perhaps, write an expression in your journal.  Perhaps, receive a massage. The point is, we must take time each day to Know Thy Self.

Sometimes, we simply need to separate ourselves, if even for a moment, from those things that are disturbing us, to get a fresh new perspective.  Even the Savior separated Himself, and went off a little ways to commune with His Father and with Nature.  Sometimes, setting ourselves apart, taking a little breather, just a little space, is all that is needed to return to a situation with honor for self and others.  With the gift of modern conveniences, came the gift of time.  Not everyone uses their time in order to focus on healing. In The Cherishing Room

 The Art of Cherishing

Cherishing is one of the most delicate levels of acceptance.  It is to become truly aware of the divinity of someone or something.  It is to be in relationship where there is no judgment or need to critique.  It is to be in one of the most sensitive spaces of heart, mind, spirit and soul.  It requires being completely open to receive and to be received without judgment.

It is gratitude, seen from the highest peak of ones comprehension and understanding.  When you are in The Cherishing Room, even that innermost chamber of your heart, you set love free to soar at its highest level of comprehension and divine understanding.  You are able to fully recognize and embrace the object of your affection, for all of its levels of beauty.

When you are in The Cherishing Room, you perceive through the eyes of divine acceptance.  You are able to recognize the beauty in the weakness as well as in the strength.  You are able to inspire without force.  You are able to empower by the source of your love, the gifts of others into realization.  When you truly cherish your Self and others, you are blessed with the ability to lift others to higher perspectives and to create desire for greater ascension.

When you have removed the mote from your own eye~you will at last be able to see the sunbeam in anothers.  To truly cherish something, is to completely honor it for what it is.  Christ truly cherishes you.  He cherishes me.  He values His relationship to us, not so that we can fix us but so that He can love us back into Joy.  It is us, because of self condemnation and self judgment, that keeps us passed feeling the essence of His pure love.

The more we come to honor and cherish our innermost “Self”, the more we will come to honor and cherish others.  For when Christ said, Love thy neighbor as thyself, He was acknowledging that to the very degree that we love our Self, will be the very degree that we are able to achieve the ability to truly love our neighbor.  If we only tolerate our Self, we will merely tolerate others.

If we advance to the level of being compassionate with Self, we will extend Compassion to others.  If we embrace mercy for our Self, we will embrace it for others.  As we accept grace for our Self, we will want others to feel embraced by Grace as well.  As we ascend into higher and higher vibrations of Love, we will extend the gift to our Self and to others.  We can only give what we ourselves have become willing to receive; first for ourselves and then to others.  For how can we truly give a gift that we do not first purchase and possess?

Cherishing something is honoring what it is.  Cherishing is serving someone in their way, not your way. When we are truly cherishing, we are being aware of someone or something, in that moment.  To cherish someone or something, does not require them to be perfect or without flaw.  It is to create peace for another soul, by extending them acceptance of themselves.

You are creating a space with another human being, where you are calling in all of the senses, all of the peace, all of the comfort for them to be who they are in that moment.  When you truly cherish someone, all walls will come tumbling down.  Defenses will soften and disappear.

In The Cherishing Room, there is no need for facades, false pretenses, fear or doubt.  It is the space where souls are safe to be exactly who they are, and exactly where they are, at this precise moment without fear of condemnation or insult.  It is time to love one another, even as He loves us and to remember, We love Him because He first loved us.  Perhaps, I must not wait to be cherished…but I must strip myself of pride and reach out, extending the very gift I long to embrace.  Perhaps, I must cherish those who are in resistance to me, more.  Perhaps, I must cease resisting others love and gifts to me.  Perhaps, gratitude is the gift in creating this sacred space.

I want to develop the attribute of Cherishing More. What do I desire to cherish more?  Who do I want to cherish more?  Is there anyone who I need to reach out and extend my love to~today?    I choose to cherish the gift of life more.  I choose to cherish the beauties of nature more.  I choose to cherish each friend and their divine gifts more.  I choose to cherish each single moment more.

First, I must begin by realizing that God truly honors and cherishes me, as His Child.  He will teach me how to truly cherish my Self.  As I come to see my Self through His eyes, I will see others more clearly as well.  As I come to honor myself, I will extend honor to others as well.   As I receive the gift of His pure love for me, I will pass that gift of pure love on to you.  Its time to open the windows and invite the Son in.

There is a room in my hearts mansion, a sacred space, where I want to spend more time creating a space for Joy by remembering the past, honoring the present, and preparing for the future.  It is The Cherishing Room. Karyn

A Sense of Joy

Cherish The Moment

March 7, 2007

Joyful By Nature
Its not that I love man less; its that I love nature more…

I remember when I was sixteen and I took a summer biology class.  Mr. Akers was the first man to teach me how to Cherish Nature.  He had us keep a Nature Journal; a small book where we would write our observations, all summer long, about the wonders of nature as we experienced them.  I, being an avid writer even in my teens, adored the concept and went beyond the call of duty.  I wish I had that little book today as I would love to read those entries of nature seen through a young womans eyes.  I remember that it awoke the curiosity of a child in me and connected me to the spontaneity of that child.  As a child, I was joyful by nature.  Being in nature; always seemed to connect me back to joy!  As a child, being in nature, I experienced the joy of being one of His creations.

Cherish the Little Things
I remember laying on my stomach, gazing at a see-through bug, as I called it in my nature journal, through a magnifying lens and being simply amazed that God would take the time to create such a tiny thing.  I felt Amazed!

Cherish Each Drop of Joy
I remember taking walks in the rain during school lunch, all alone, without an umbrella, during high school just to get away from the hustle-bustle of all the mindless chatter.  I remember catching raindrops on my tongue as I tilted my face up into the cooling shower.  I felt Joy!

Cherish Your Senses
I remember sailing with my father, during my childhood.  I loved dangling my feet over the bow of the boat as we clipped along, letting the ocean spray tickle my toes as I closed my eyes, and tilted my face up into the warming breeze.  I recall, even in this moment, the scent of the salty air, the sound of the crying seagulls, and the way my heart relished the wind in my hair.  I felt alive!

Cherish The Freedom of Your Spirit
I remember rolling up my jeans and walking, running or dancing along the beach at sunset with my samoyed dog, Heather.  Heather had a Free Spirit.  She taught me to embrace the freedom of my own spirit.  She ran with me.  She lapped at the waves.  She barked and wagged her tail with joy in the moment.  She pursued each small journey along the oceans edge with curiosity and abandoned recklessness.  She helped me to discover a few of my own untapped joys.  I felt free!

Cherish The Opposition in All Things
I remember running out into the ocean, meeting each wave that came, bending my knees and surrendering to the immersion of Gods love, without a single fear that I would indeed rise up on my feet again. Each moment became an act of surrender as I learned to bend my knees and sink beneath the mighty depths of His Love believing and determining, even as a child, that this must be the very way to face each of  lifes oppositions and every future challenge.  I felt peace!  (more…)
